It has always been a personal choice to see things either with a laugh and smile…or with a sulk and frown. Always!
Your choice to respond to your daily concerns is with hope or with fear. Hope is an optimistic state of mind. It is based on expectations of positive outcomes in events or circumstances in your life or in the world around you. The opposite of hopefulness is fear and despair. Fear is that intensely unpleasant emotion to perceiving a danger of a threat. Some situations such as the chemical imbalance causing depression is so much more than just your choice, but seeking help is your choice.
Once you decide on where your "head will be", all else will follow. This painting is about just that. You decide how you will respond to daily events or circumstances. It is your personal choice.
